From wiki: "Flakbeard, the Relentless is a Legendary dragon Mount that is craftable through Pirate Dragon Egg Fragments. Alternatively, this dragon can be automatically unlocked using the Golden Pirate Dragon Egg which can be obtained as a rare drop from Greater Dragon Caches or as a distribution from the creator (limited to several codes/eggs).

Flakbeard serves as the only and final version of the Pirate Dragon line which also includes the Pirate Dragon Spirit Permanent stat boost which grants +10% Critical Damage, +1000 Max Health and +50 Magic Find."

Still has chunks of cannonball stuck to his beard from the last time someone tried to shoot him down.
Having this Dragon unlocked grants a permanent +10% Critical Damage, +1000 Max Health and +50 Magic Find.
