Total Chaos is a survival horror FPS developed by Trigger Happy Interactive and published by Apogee Entertainment. The game takes place on Fort Oasis, a decaying mining island, once full of life but now abandoned and crumbling.

You play as a stranded survivor drawn in by cryptic radio transmissions — you must scavenge scrap, craft makeshift weapons, and face horrifying creatures to survive.

With limited resources, a deep inventory system, and a fragile sanity meter to manage, every decision carries weight.
