Okay so, here's more insights on how my swap au ver works lol. This one's specifically are about the top 3 Uppermoons + Muzan.

Muzan is still an asshole. Like super rude and just an overall douche. But he's wise, well liked and respected. He means well, he's just super mean.

Akaza in this au became a slayer after his soon-to-be wife got brutally killed by a demon alongside his soon-to-be father-in-law a DAY before their official marriage. It was super tragic and it made Akaza go insane, or Hakuji in this context. And so, Hakuji ventured out and started to kill demons with his bare fists night after night. Until he met Muzan, who heard of this mysterious guy that was rampaging on these demons. Hakuji was super rude to Muzan the first time they met and Muzan didn't really like that.

so Muzan beat him up with a cane, and dragged— yes, I mean. DRAGGED him by his short ass hair and forced him to join the corps.

Douma is basically still the same here. The cult backstory is still a thing in this au, but the only difference was that Douma's entire cult, +his followers and parents got killed by demons. He was saved by a slayer and thought he was super cool and decided to join. And yes, he did in fact adopt Gyutaro and Ume, but those two are too embarrassed by Douma to really show off their little make shift family.

•So you know how Genya's hair turns yellow at the ends, or how Kanao's hair turns pink in her fight with Douma? It's basically like that.
•As for their personalities...Ume was raised by douma. that's self explanatory.

I honestly don't know what backstory to give Michikatsu in this au 😭

Like, he and Yoriichi still have that sibling trauma...don't ask how the timeline works btw.
