Giving Kyogre Iron Ball allows it to reach a speed stat of 42 and under-speed the common base 50 speed Trick Room Pokemon like Calyrex-Ice, Ursaluna, and Iron Hands. That paired with Instruct Oranguru allows for an overwhelming offensive force in the form of x2 full power Water Spouts. The remaining team members are used to facilitate the Trick Room-Water Spout-Instruct strategy. Hitmontop the full support GOAT, with Wide Guard+Fake Out works optimally for Trick Room setup, while Quick Guard blocks oppossing Rillaboom's Grassy Glide, while Feint is used to prevent the opponent from Protect-Stalling Trick Room. Flutter Mane acts as an alternate Trick Room setter, and a means to force Tera on threats such as Koraidon. Ogerpon-Cornerstone with Follow Me + the Sturdy ability allows for at least one turn of protection from single target damage, and Spore protection in the face of Amoongus. Lastly Archaludon covers Electric/Grass weakness of Kyogre marvelously. Also worth noting that Instruct FAILS when used on Electro Shot! Other than that Archaludon offers some advantages into the likes of Terapagos, resisting Tera Starstorm and threatening in return Body Press.

In a perfect scenario you lead Oranguru + Hitmontop --Trick Room+Fake Out/Wide Guard/Quick Guard -- Hitmontop gets hit activating Eject Button---switch in Kyogre and go HAM with Water Spout + Instruct.
