Many INFJs grow up learning, in subtle ways, that their needs don’t matter.

Not because anyone directly said it… but through patterns, roles, and expectations.
Over time, this can turn into a deep internal belief:
“I don’t matter.”
In this video, I talk about:
• Why so many INFJs were taught they don’t matter
• How this belief gets wired into us at a young age
• How it shows up as people-pleasing, minimizing, and disappearing
• The hidden cost this belief has on identity, fulfillment, and purpose
• Why purpose often feels hard for INFJs (in a way most people never talk about)
