Despite her loved ones' worries, Romina (Beauty Gonzalez) participates in the police operation in hopes of capturing Hector (Joko Diaz) and his men. Meanwhile, Daniela (Dimples Romana) rushes to locate Carlos (Adrian Alandy) when she learns of his plans of helping her stepmother find Hector. Soon, someone dear to Romina finds himself on the brink of death.

Marga’s (Andrea Brillantes) world crumbles upon seeing Carlos’ (Adrian Alandy) lifeless body. Enraged, she lashes out at Romina (Beauty Gonzalez) and Daniela (Dimples Romana) after she learned the cause of her father’s untimely demise. Devastated by Carlos’ death, Kulas (Ronnie Lazaro) vows to attain justice for his eldest son. Meanwhile, Daniela forces Hector (Joko Diaz) to identify the man who took her husband’s life. Elsewhere, Romina suspects that there is a spy within her circle.

Romina’s (Beauty Gonzalez) suspicions on Bernard (Arnold Reyes) grows after seeing him assist Daniela (Dimples Romana) in taking Carlos’ (Adrian Alandy) corpse from the wake. Kulas (Ronnie Lazaro) tries to protest against Daniela’s actions, but soon learns that she has claim over her departed husband’s body. Cassie (Francine Diaz) tries her best to be a friend to Marga (Andrea Brillantes) during the wake. However, Marga continues to blame Cassie and Romina for her father’s untimely demise.
