🧀 Ingredients – Dough:
• 250 g bread flour
• 3 g yeast
• 10 g sugar
• 5 g salt
• 50 ml cold water
• 120 ml cold milk
• 20 g unsalted butter (softened)

🥩 Filling:
• 200 g minced beef
• 1 medium onion (chopped)
• Green pepper
• Salt
• Paprika
• Oregano
• Black pepper
• Cheese (as desired)

🥚 Egg Wash:
• 1 egg

🔥 Baking:
Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 20–25 minutes until golden and fluffy.
