The Mumbai Crime Branch has taken cognizance of the audio, which was reportedly routed through a VPN from an overseas location. Security for Ranveer Singh has been heightened as agencies verify the authenticity of the clip. The threat also referenced a recent shooting in Portugal, signaling the gang's expanding international and domestic reach, particularly in Maharashtra.
