Spectra S9 Pump Review

I love the Spectra family - I used the S1, S2, + Synergy Gold throughout my pumping journey will all of my children, but it needs to be noted that the S9 is NOT a primary pump.

The S9 is a secondary pump, and should only be used 1-3 times max a day. This pump is commonly available through insurance, but I would recommend a different pump if you don’t already have a primary one.

The cycle is not adjustable - you can’t increase or decrease the pulling. The vacuum does go pretty high and can do a decent job of emptying you.

If you are looking for a smaller, more portable, secondary pump for your pumping journey, the S9 is a good option, but I personally would opt for a wearable pump.
