Baby dies in hospital after a crash on the A1 near Grantham

A seven-month-old baby boy has died in hospital after a crash on the A1 near Grantham on Thursday, Lincolnshire Police have said.

The force said the baby was in the vehicle and sustained serious injuries in the collision.

Police are investigating whether icy conditions are linked to the crash.
