Check out these group exercise ideas. In this game, everyone gains insight into how the rest of the group sees him. The group members give feedback in a playful and lighthearted way by writing things on each others back. Try it and you will see that it works! 👀

Do you like this exercise? Let’s give these variations a try:

1.   After the exercise, the group can form a circle. Each person circles on the paper, per category, what he thinks suits him the best. He now has four circled sentences or words. With these four aspects, each person creates one sentence in which he describes himself. You point to the first person who reads the sentence aloud in front of the group. For example: “I am a Good-humored (positive characteristic), Tom Hanks (celebrity), who arrives late (something to improve upon), on his holiday in Austria (favorite holiday destination)”. Go clockwise around the group until each person reads his sentence aloud.

2.   Instead of making the final sentence with the words someone thinks fits him the most, you can also let them make sentences based on the words written on their papers to which they agree the least.
