My first full song upload! Originally this was supposed to be more of a later-on-surprise, but it's one of my favorite songs from the series so I couldn't help myself when trying to decide what to share next. I hope you enjoy!! What song(s) do you want to hear next?

Our goal is a much larger scale project that has been in the works for around 4 years now…although time is always a commodity I’m short on. I hope you enjoy what we have for now and please don’t hesitate to reach out about future project opportunities!

I have gone about writing lyrics in a way I don't see many others doing so I figured I would explain my process and reasoning. Although we often go for literal line by line translations and then fit them to the rhythm with synonyms and the like, I realized that subliminal and intentional meaning is lost when we do these rough translations. For every song, I examine the context of its appearance within the show, various language's translations, and the lyrics as a whole rather than line by line. I always ask myself, "What is this line's purpose? What is it trying to communicate? Why did they chose this wording?" etc. By doing so, I personally found a deeper appreciation for the lyrical stories in Mermaid Melody. Below you will find the interpretation of this song that I came to utilizing this process:

This one was h a r d. As the second ending, it serves as a peaceful, warm embrace following some of the show's more serious or darker-toned episodes. While writing, I kept returning to a mental image of Kaito and Lucia watching the sunrise on a beach whenever I hit a creative roadblock. I wanted to really paint a picture of (once again) star-crossed lovers sharing a moment that feels both safe and special—wishing it could linger forever, yet acutely aware that the sun will rise, and life will carry on.
The song carries a bittersweet air, but its focus lies on the beauty of the moment and the cherished memories, rather than dreading the passage of time, as, for now, bliss prevails.The second verse, while similar to other songs in the series in terms of meaning, introduces a unique tone of trust and uncertainty. Unlike other scenarios in which the listener is often prompted to follow or grasp the hand of the singer, here, the singer places trust in someone else's lead.
I wish I could more eloquently explain this song that I love so dearly, but I believe the lyrics themselves already convey everything I want to express.
