Are you ready to take your wings to the restaurant level? Atlanta is the world capital of wings, but once you try these Boneless Bites from Joey Karvelas, you might be ready to say throw out bone-in wings. Not only will you learn how to make the bites themselves, but three simple and downright delicious sauces that will elevate your bites, chicken wings, and just about anything else you put them on.

BONELESS BITES
Ingredients:
Chicken tenders
Flour
Salt & pepper
Garlic powder
Paprika
Onion powder.

Mix flour and spices into a bowl
Cut chicken tenders into bite-size pieces and toss into flour. Massage flour into chicken pieces.
Once incorporated drop into hot grease and fry for 2 minutes, until chicken is 165 degrees internal.
Toss in sauce.

GARLIC BUFFALO SAUCE:
Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
Fresh garlic
Butter

Heat a stick of butter in a pot and add the fresh garlic.
Once the garlic becomes aromatic in the butter, add the Frank’s Red Hot and stir until the sauce starts to bubble.

CAROLINA MUSTARD SAUCE:
Brown sugar
Yellow mustard
Apple cider vinegar
Chili powder
Garlic powder
Salt

Combine brown sugar, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar and the seasonings (chili powder, garlic powder, salt)
Cook at low heat stirring frequently until the sauce is fully incorporated and lightly bubbling and a dark brown color.

COPPERHEAD ROAD SAUCE:
Garlic Buffalo Sauce
Carolina Mustard Sauce
Combine an equal amount of the two sauces.

FRENCH FRIES:
Cut potatoes with a potato cutter and soak in water. Fry the fries 3 times for 2 to 3 minutes at a time. Season with salt and pepper.
