In this episode of our ICF build we find the neighbors sewer line, break it, repair it and finish the 240' of our own sewer line install. Additionally, work continues on setting up our Element ICF walls for a pour the day after Christmas.

My Wife Peggy and I are General Contracting this build and doing much of the work ourselves. So far we have done the footings using FastFoot Footing System, installed some of the Element ICF block (Hired a crew to do must of it - due to Winter timeline), installed facia and soffit framing on our greenhouse, installed the main waterline and are currently installing the 240' long sewer line!

We found a modern plan that we liked, purchased it and then altered it ourselves using Cheif Architect Premier X16 software, adding a basement, a different roof, moved and enlarged the garage, and changed some of the interior layout.

The plan we are building has 20+ corners, lots of very large windows, a courtyard, a skydeck, rear deck, rear patio, mono-stinger stairs, Artctic air-to-water heat pump supplying the radiant floors and a greenhouse.
