Nagaur district, spread over 17,718 square kilometers in the middle part of Rajasthan, is the fifth largest district after Jodhpur, the Judicial City of Rajasthan, according to the area. Which locates its boundaries from Bikaner and Churu in the north part, Sikar and Jaipur in the east part, Ajmer and Pali in the south and Blue City Jodhpur in the west part.

If we talk about its history, then we come to know that during the Mahabharata period it was known as Jangal Pradesh. By the middle of the sixteenth century, Nagaur was ruled by the kings of Chauhan dynasty, but time passes and by the year 1570, Akbar had established his authority over the princely state of Nagaur with the help of Raja Bharmal. Let us tell you that in this princely state, some rulers of Marwar had accepted the suzerainty of the Mughals.
