Taking the "Just Start" Advice

In this video, I share my personal experience of recording a YouTube video despite not feeling fully prepared or confident. Inspired by the numerous 'just start' videos on YouTube, I realize the importance of beginning even when it feels uncomfortable. I candidly discuss my struggle with feeling worthy of being seen and my efforts to overcome that by repeatedly telling myself 'it's safe to be seen.' This video is about embracing discomfort, practicing consistency, and encouraging others to start their own journeys, no matter how imperfect they feel.
