AC/DC는 1973년 시드니에서 결성된 호주 락밴드로 세계에서 가장 유명한 락밴드 중 하나 입니다.결성된지 49년이 되었지만 놀랍게도 2021년에 앨범도 발매하고 왕성히 활성하고 있습니다.
밴드의 전성기는 1970년대 중반부터 1980년대 중반까지 약 10년 정도의 시기입니다. 대표곡은 1979년에 발표된 "Highway to Hell"과 1980년에 발매된 "Back in Black" 이 이들의 최대 역작으로 현재까지도 락 장르를 대표하는 명반으로 인정받고 있다.

이노래 제목의 유래는 보컬 '본 스콧'이 그의 고향 Fremeantle에서 단골 술집에 가기 위해서는 'Canning highway'라는 고속도로를 달려야 했는데요, 이 고속도로에서 많은 사람들이 가파른 내리막길과 언덕 교차로에서의 과속으로 목숨을 잃었다고 합니다. 그래서 사람들은 이 고속도를 "지옥행 고속도로"라고 불렀다고 합니다~

이팀의 사운드는 절제되면서 응축된 에너지있는 사운드를 내줍니다. 적당한 템포에 단순하지만 인상적인 기타 리프와 단단한 드럼 비트 위에 얹힌 보컬의 굵직한 목소리가 아주 매력적인 팀 사운드를 내줍니다.

드럼은 아주 단순한 락 8비트 입니다.
흔히 말하는 '꿍빡' 이 나와야 하는 곡으로 킥과 스내어의 터치가 중요한 리듬 입니다.
