Ingredients:
For the rajas con queso
5 poblano peppers; rinsed and dried
3 Roma tomatoes
1/4 onion
2-4 jalapeño or Serrano peppers
2 garlic clove
1 1/2 tsp salt or chicken bouillon 
Pinch of ground cumin
1/2 onion; cut into strips
12 oz queso Oaxaca or Monterey Jack; medium cubes 
For the beans
1.5 lbs pinto beans
1/4 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 jalapeños
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp oregano
10 cups water
1 serving of love 💕
