I literally just started playing this three days ago and beat this today lol.

Definitely very difficult, but still manageable amidst all the chaos just like regular Nightmare. The main issue is handling the robots and power saving at the same time, sometimes it's very hard to manage everything at once but eventually you can handle all of it.
I didn't really use the vending machine hotkeys too too much but if you want to go for this you should use them 100%.
