Darr (transl. Fear) is an Indian romantic psychological thriller film directed by Yash Chopra through the studio Yash Raj Films. The film stars Shah Rukh Khan, Juhi Chawla and Sunny Deol, with Anupam Kher, Tanvi Azmi and Dalip Tahil in supporting roles. Madhuri Dixit was the first choice for lead, due to date issues was unable to accept the offer, Raveena was the second choice but was not comfortable wearing a swimsuit. Divya Bharti was signed for the role but was replaced with Juhi as Aamir khan had fallen out with her on a tour.
