8 oz Cabot medium cheddar cheese, shredded
6 oz room temperature butter
½ tsp yellow mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
Splash of pepper sauce
Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth. If you don’t have a food processor,
blend together using a fork.
