The Envista is all new and the Encore GX gets a refresh for 2024. These subcompact SUV's are very similar but do have some differences including packaging and features, powertrain, size, and pricing among others. Both include a strong list of standard equipment which gives them a strong value proposition but one is slightly better than the other. If you're looking for AWD, you'll be forced into the Encore GX but if not, the decision might be a little trickier.
