Episode 53 - A mini macaron, banana cake and the fruit fly

This week I bake Banana, Orange and Chocolate Cake, - make a mini macaron purse, show you the progress of Edward the Sloth and Mum and I have a chat about 1936-1939. The fascinating fact is the fruit fly and I have a tip for helping with emotions.

Paul Hollywood's recipe
4 ripe bananas
250g caster sugar
125g unsalted butter – softened
Zest of an orange

2 medium eggs
250g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
75g dark chocolate chunks

Heat the oven to 180c/160cFan/Gas 4.
