Iliac aneurysms are present in up to 40% of abdominal aortic aneurysms and techniques can be implemented to ensure the distal landing zone remains intact. Dr Ta-Wei Su (Chang-Gung Memorial Hospital, Taipei, Taiwan) presents the preservation strategies used in the endovascular treatment of internal iliac arteries to improve quality of life (QoL).
