Here is a step-by-step process on how to do this:
● Sign in to your Facebook business account at business.facebook.com
● Select the business Facebook account, then tap All Tools on the dropdown menu.
● Under Manage, select Billing.
● Tap on Payment Settings, then go to Facebook Ad in the top right corner of the screen.
● The payment methods tab will open, so select the three dots next to your card details.
● Tap on Remove then confirm this action by clicking Remove which appears in the pop-up button.

In case you’re using your mobile device;
● Download the Facebook Ads app and open it.
● Select the Credit card that you want to remove.
● Select the three line icon at the top of your screen.
● Tap on Billing, then select the payment methods button.
● Click Remove.
