This IS the moment YouTube! Time to hold each other accountable for our running goals in 2019. The New Year is a fresh time. We can create fresh ideas, fresh goals, and fresh dreams for our running endeavors and life endeavors all at the same time. I actually look forward to the New Year, it is a nice symbolic turning of the page. We look back and reflect, and look forward and dream of greener pastures, or muddier trails, whichever you prefer. I have many running goals in 2019, actually, six running goals to be exact. Here they are:

1. Plyometrics / aka, running form
2. 400,000 feet of vert
3. Race a sea level road marathon
4. Start the running group in Denver and on Strava (group name ideas)
5. Win another race
6. Two FKTs on 14ers

Those running goals above should keep me highly motivated to train well through these long winter months here in Colorado, where the spring weather can be notoriously rough. I am marking these goals down here on paper and film for all of you to see and yes, help hold me accountable to as we journey into a fresh start with new hopes and dreams. Be not afraid to fail ladies and gentleman, be not afraid to lean into this YouTube family, and share your goals with all of us down in the comments so we to can encourage and motivate you to strive to get them.
