Описание к видео A Data-Driven 6DOF Flight Control System for an F-16 - Mode 1 Only: Speed and Body Rate Control

We implement a 6DOF flight-control system with nested-loop architecture, which is shown at the end of the video. We use predictive cost adaptive control (PCAC) developed at the University of Michigan as the data-driven, output-feedback, model-predictive-control-based controller for all of the controllers within the flight-control system. The flight-control system operates in three modes: in mode 1 speed and body rates are commanded by the pilot; in mode 2, speed, flight-path angle, and bank angle are commanded by the pilot and lateral acceleration is commanded to 0; in mode 3, speed, altitude, and heading angle are commanded by the pilot.

This video is a demonstration with Mode 1 only.
