The traditional eastern and Pakistani music that we know and love will not be possible without the Tabla. We Pakistanis not only know how to play a Tabla, but we do a pretty decent job of making one as well. Playing a Tabla, is of course art, but so is making one. We visited a very old and well known Tabla shop in Bahar colony, Lahore to bring you the story of how its made.
