Your Polycom IP 5000 Conference Phone is a full-feature conference station that extends your call handling capabilities. Phone status is indicated by three bi-color LEDs (located above the phone’s microphones) and by a line and call icon (located on the display screen next to the directory number). The screen displays the time & date, your phone number, caller ID, line and call status information, and the soft key options. The Answer/End button, with the phone handle and arrows, is used to invoke a dial tone, answer a call, or end a call and hang up the phone. The Menu button allows you to access your Features such as Contacts and Messages, Applications like the Corporate Directory, and Settings like your Ring Type.
