Ayanah cleaned out her fridge and found some pickled onions, half an orange, sushi ginger, a tablespoon of vegan oyster sauce, and a jar of roasted red peppers. Now Chef Tony has ONLY 30 minutes to put each of these ingredients to good use and incorporate them in a recipe that utilizes our One Mighty Mill stone-milled bread and bagels.
