Fixed MC-218590: Error message for commands.give.failed.toomanyitems doesn't translate item name
Fixed MC-221652: Teleport command to player does not work as in previous versions

Data:
minecraft:infested_deepslate now has an axis property

Statistics:
The statistic for play time has been renamed to play_time
Fixed MC-29522: stat.playOneMinute adds a value of 1 every tick
There is now a statistic for "Time with World Open" (total_world_time) that also includes time when the game was paused

Tags:
The dirt block tag now contains: grass_block, mycelium, moss_block
lush_plants_replaceable renamed to moss_replaceable, now contains base_stone_overworld, cave_vines and dirt tags
Grass and mycelium removed from bamboo_plantable_on, enderman_holdable (included via dirt tag)

Fixed MC-214129: Several dirt blocks are not part of the #minecraft:lush_plants_replaceable tag
Fixed MC-222004: Grass block isn't apart of the #dirt block tag

Servers:
Users who previously permanently declined server resource packs will now still be shown the pack prompt if the pack is mandatory (instead of being immediately disconnected)

Advancements:
Lots of criteria for vanilla recipe advancements have been renamed - now called has_ and the exact name of the item

Resource Packs:
Fixed MC-213998: root_vines_head is unused in-game files
Fixed MC-220307: TrueType Font glyphs render incorrectly

Fixed MC-220024: Shader compilation slows or fails the more asterisks are in a multiline comment
Fixed MC-220887: Shader includes fail to compile correctly when missing newline at end of file

Custom Worlds:
glow_lichen feature removed from all ocean biomes
New debug states for carvers: water_state, lava_state and barrier_state
New aquifers_enabled field for carvers (boolean) - set to false in all vanilla carvers, including the prototype ones
Lava level has been decreased by 1 for all carvers
Vanilla emerald ore configured feature now has proper decorators
The emerald_ore feature has been renamed to replace_single_block
ore_veins_enabled field in noise settings (boolean)
