The International Center of the Capital Region will host pop-up Taste of the World events at community locations in the Capital Region this 2025.
February 15 will be the first at the Singles Outreach Community Center.
Participants will learn how to cook a recipe from Keobi. Taste of the World participants will be delighted with a tasting of a favorite dish from Keobi restaurant. All participants will receive the recipe.

Kelechi and Obinna are the dynamic duo behind Keobi, are more than just restaurateurs; they are champions of cultural exchange and community empowerment. With a combined experience of over 40 years in the restaurant and catering industry, they have not only established a culinary haven in Albany and cultivated a vibrant space that celebrates African heritage and fosters understanding between cultures.

Taste of the World is a fundraiser for the International Center of the Capital Region whose nonprofit mission is to cultivate professional, cultural and social exchange, and global thought leadership in the Greater Capital Region.
In 2024, the Center hosted 98 global leaders from 36 countries. Thanks to fundraisers like Taste of the World dinners, the Center is connecting our Community to the World.
