In today’s Tip Tuesday, I’m sharing a gentle reminder that you are not behind — and that real health support doesn’t come from rushing or perfection.

Sometimes progress looks like:
• Eating regular meals
• Prioritizing sleep
• Drinking more water
• Listening to what your body is asking for

Health isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what actually supports your body.

If your body has been asking for something lately, I encourage you to meet it with curiosity instead of criticism.
