STORYLINE
Petrol stations in Tripoli reopened on Thursday in a further sign that the city is starting to return to normal after the rebel takeover.
There were long queues as motorists drove, or in some cases pushed, their cars to fill up.
Large sums of cash appeared to be changing hands but most drivers appeared happy to pay the price.
One customer said he had waited six months to get fuel for his car.
