All you need for this is to be playing with someone. have one of you get on an alternate character and start up "The runner" heroic adventure from Brother Vance, once you're in the adventuere, pass leader to the teammate you brought with you then switch to the "main" character you are worknig the armor on. Complete the adventure then rinse and repeat the process again until you hit 10.

The runner heroic adventure is one of, if not the fastest adventure to run through for this. You can run through the infinite forest vey quickly and then once you are out of the portal you can spawn kill the boss with supers for an easy clear.
