Consistency is often framed as discipline. I see it as a gentler form of discipline — one that works with your brain, not against it.

In this coffee journal moment, I share how I practice consistency in real life: choosing the same time of day, or the same time every week, even if it’s just once a week. After the third or fourth time, something interesting happens — your brain starts reminding you. That rhythm unlocks the quieter, deeper parts of the mind, where clarity and “aha” moments show up without force.

I also share how I stayed consistent through 2024, how I drifted recently (like we all do), and how I’m gently returning to that rhythm again. Because consistency isn’t about the destination. Chasing outcomes often creates more worry. What actually brings peace is learning to find joy in the journey — especially when we remember that this afternoon is just as unknown as three years from now.
