Updated Guide (Build and Walkthrough): How to low level Don't Fear the Reaper in Cyberpunk 2077 (Patch 1.31). I've been low leveling Don't Fear the Reaper on roughly every patch since patch 1.1.

Other tips/notes:
The Widowmaker applies poison occasionally causing a vomiting animation. Tech weapons gain additional multipliers when charging the shot which is why it does a huge amount of damage despite the level discrepancy.
Quickhacks are applied slower and cost significantly more RAM to use on red skull enemies.
Armour and health matter when you are level 50 but due to level scaling health and armour are less effective.
