Samsung Malaysia LED TV is bullshit, don't buy anymore, am upgrade Samsung tv after 5 year use from a lower series to a higher and bigger series,but what I get is a downgrade,as the video show HDR movie my old Samsung tv is vibrant than the new tv and even higher series, been claiming with the Samsung from July 2023 until know Feb 2024,during the process they change motherboard and the issue still remain the same,and said the tv model is like this,what do u mean the model is like this?I upgrade my tv for nothing, and I argue again and they say will come and check again, and delay for few month and finally I argue again and the Technician come,and they change the motherboard again,they even know change the motherboard is useless,but they have to do also, it's procedure they said,and the result remain the same as we all thought, and the Technician said will do a full claim for which is change a new TV,after a month they said HQ rejected, ald end of the year 2023,and I WhatsApp and scold them,and they said will resubmit,and after that they reject again, said this model is like this, the software is different from the old one,so cannot claim, I'm like what the hell, than I change my TV for what?I scold the Technician and asking for a refund, they reject and said HQ will update the firmware to fix my problem and said is a target update which is on 26 FEB 2024, I said ok, if u can fix the problem, I give u chance,and then 26 FEB arrive I receive no update at all and WhatsApp again, they replied wait until end of the day, I'm like sure no problem,and I wait the whole day trying to pressing the update button getting the same result untill 11.59pm, and than I WhatsApp again, and they reply next day saying the firmware got issue has to delay until 11 March 2024, I also buy a Samsung galaxy watch and after 2 year the screen coming up but power and screen still function,I go to SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER from SUNWAY PYRAMID for help, ask them to help glue it back and I don't mind paying as the watch ald out of warranty period, but they said cannot fix, has to change a new one, and than I go to HUAWEI SERVICE CENTER which is locate opposite of SAMSUNG SEEVICE CENTER, they said can help me glue it back with a charge, so why Samsung cannot and other can? so people,there are plenty of TV brand in the market, DON'T CHOOSE SAMSUNG, the service is suck, and waste money.
