There are only a few Jiu-Jitsu black belts in the area and Mike is one of them!

Instructor Mike Grossman has been training as well as teaching Mixed Martial Arts for close to 20 years and enjoys sharing what he knows with others who are interested in training in MMA.
Is this class for those who want to fight in the UFC?
You do need have to want to fight professionally to enjoy our class. In fact, most students have no desire to be in the UFC. Many just enjoy the sport of it and are just looking for a good workout while learning how to protect themselves. With that being said, if you are interested in stepping into the cage one day you are more then welcome to take our classes.
