Fish (Anchovies /velly) 300gm

For blending for masala👇

Fresh Coconut -150gm grated
Coriander seeds -1table spoon
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tablespoons
Turmeric -1/2 tablespoons spoon
Dry Red chilly - 4 no (Kashmiri)
Tamarind - lemons size ball soak in water 1/2cup)
Garlic - 5no
Blend all the above ingredients with tamarind water as required .
Onion - 1no
Green chilly - 2no
Tirphal - 5 to 6 no
Kokum(Garcinia indica)
Few Curry leaves
Vegetables oil as required

Tirphal is used as a spice in the Konkan and Kanara coasts. An ingredient known as sanshool present in this fragrant spice causes a tingling sensation in the mouth.)
