Hi my name is Jeff Coppes I’m with Car-O-Liner. I’m here today to talk to you about our line of MIG Welders. The excitement in the industry this year is all about aluminum and the things we need specifically for aluminum and the differences that it makes. So I’d like to introduce you to our line of welders designed for aluminum. So instead of a normal short circuit like we do with steel welding we do a spray pulse that allows us to actually propel the droplet across the ark and be able to bring the heat down and be a much cooler weld without impacting the metal as much. We have two different models in our line up here; so here is a CMI 273i welders. We have two varieties there is a single wire feed and a two wire feed. And then over here we have our CMI 3000. If you look at our feed system we have a four wheel system again designed specifically for the size of wire and that’s it is aluminum we use a U shaped wheel so we have better contact smoother push. We have a four meter torch gives us a nice flexibly when we are working on the vehicle so you don’t have to worry about at push pull going or having a spool in the way. We also have a nice feature the remote control right on the head of the torch so as you’re welding if you need to adjust it you can adjust it right from the torch. The control units as you can see are very user friendly. We have a wire selection, wire type our display here shows the ampage, voltage, wire speed, and thickness. These are all synergic meaning that all I have to do is set the thickness of the material that I’m welding and it will set everything else for me and adjust for you. All the welders are programmable we have a SD card slot right here in the wire feed compartment so it can be easily upgraded as new materials come out or if parameters change the software can be downloaded very easily placed on a SD card and uploaded in the welder very quickly.
