In Dragonflight Patch 10.1.7, the Eastern Kingdoms Cup takes place from October 4th - October 17th. This is a limited-time world event that brings Dragonriding races to Eastern Kingdom zones with unique rewards.

RIDERS OF AZEROTH BADGES

Riders of Azeroth Badges are used to purchase rewards from Maztha at the Rostram of Transformation. Riders of Azeroth Badge are collected from completing Eastern Kingdoms Cup activities. This is the same currency used from the Kalimdor Cup, allowing leftover currency from then to be used on new rewards.

The Eastern Kingdoms Cup Introduction requires you to do three introductory Eastern Kingdoms Cup races, and awards 10 Riders of Azeroth Badges.
Completing a race for the first time rewards Riders of Azeroth Badges, to a max of 3. Bronze awards 1 badge, Silver awards 2, and Gold awards 3.
Races are offered in normal, reverse, or advanced, and they all award Riders of Azeroth Badges for a total of 9 per race.
You can complete the races on multiple characters for additional Riders of Azeroth Badges.

There are new achievements involving earning Gold times on all Eastern Kingdoms Grand Prix races, culminating in the meta achievement Eastern Kingdoms Racing Completionist: Gold, granting the title Eastern Kingdoms Racer %s.

There are 14 races in the Eastern Kingdoms Cup. During these races you will be given a rental mount, the Riders of Azeroth Drake.
