For the "Ignore Meryl special charge", please refer to the Meryl/Nola/Nan Yin (10:29) parse in this video, or you can check this BR63 run with Meryl/Rei/Nan Yin comp (   • [Test Server ] Boundless Realm 63 - M...  . It seems like focusing on doing normal attack gives higher overall damage instead of doing dodge attack to gain special charge. It's not a problem for comps with 3 volt weapon as you gain enough special charge from volt weapon's skill and discharge.

Note: I used Enhanced Blade Shot to increase my atk (You can buy it from an NPC in Tianhe Bazaar with Dominium - 7 days duration)
