A couple of videos filmed at the busy level crossing on the A217 in Reigate beside Reigate Railway Station, where the third rail electrification ends. Southern Trains from London Victoria terminate here every half an hour and are slotted between the half-hourly Reading - Gatwick diesel services which can continue as they're diesel-powered. This level crossing has loud alarms which are faster than ever, and is controlled from the signal box next to it. Some of the lowerings in this video are un-cut as the crossing is operated quite efficiently, something to be thankful of given how busy and major this road is.
