Castaway Cay Snorkeling For Beginners~Disney Cruise Must Know

Walt Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay, is a stop for many Disney Cruise Line Cruises. Castaway Cay has to be one of my most favorite places to visit in the entire world. Every time I am on a Disney Cruise that stops at Castaway Cay, I MUST go!! My most favorite activity to do there is definitely snorkeling. Snorkeling at Castaway Cay has some magical moments just waiting for you. You can find one of the worlds best hidden Mickeys, or see some incredible sea creatures! Each time I go, I never know what is in store. I never know what’s right around the corner, or what is waiting for me near that sunken submarine. Last time I went snorkeling in Castaway Cay, I saw not one, but to sea turtles! Sea turtles in Castaway Cay are not completely uncommon, but are a very welcomed sight, as it brings that extra bit of magic and makes everything worth it.
This video is dedicated to the Castaway Cay beginner as snorkeling in Castaway Cay can be very intimidating. You have over 22 acres to work with for crying out loud! So where do you start? Well, take a look out on the water and you’ll see some buoys. Start swimming for those buoys and you can find all the hidden treasures that castaway key snorkeling Lagoon has to offer.
