This is how I have created a SP Tarkov Fika Server Vitural Machine in the Oracle Cloud for virtually free. I show how to use cloudflare with portainer and Nginx Proxy Manager for ease of navigation and SSL certificates. This cost 7 bucks. The oracle cloud portion should be free as long as the block storage stays under the limit. I have incured about 7 bucks on storage for my production server over 2 months.
