This is the first part of a Mini Tutorial Series where ill be going over the basics of making a PS1 style graphics using unity, this series will start from a beginner friendly approach to a more complex system on making various effects and even implementation of custom render pipeline to the game engine it self, Even tho this is an in-depth tutorial covering mostly beginner friendly stuff its still a necessity to understand the basics of how unity works and how it operates so atleast a familiarity with the game engine is recommended to have
