The third phase of all Hell Day Events is Log PT. Students are first instructed on proper form, movement procedures, and safety. Conducting Log PT has been a critical teambuilding and functional fitness tool used by U.S. Special Operations Forces for over 60 years. By conducting these exercises, students learn to communicate clearly, work together, and pull their weight for the team.

Do you have what it takes for a career in U.S. Special Operations? SOCOM Athlete has conducted over 60 Hell Day Events nationwide since 2018, open exclusively to individuals ages 16+ aspiring to join the military for a career in Special Operations.

Hell Day participants are immersed into a challenging 12-hour day to see if they have what it takes to become a U.S. Special Operator. Qualified rescue personnel and medical equipment is staged at all times, providing a closely monitored safe environment for participants of all ability levels.

Hell Day instructors include active duty Navy SEALs, Army Green Berets, Air Force PJs, and other elite U.S. Special Operators. With immense success, over 300 former Hell Day students have successfully graduated to become elite U.S. Special Operators after enlisting/commissioning into the military.
Hell Day events feature world-class training locations and facilities, bringing students onto the finest military bases in America. Each event includes a Fitness Test, Pool/Water Training, Rucking, Obstacles, Log PT, Team Problem Solving, and more.
