Status Neutral HIV Prevention and Care Podcast

In 2019, an estimated 1.1 million people in the United States were infected with HIV, with the number rising each year. The federal government has implemented numerous HIV prevention strategies while also conducting research to evaluate new prevention methods. Recently, new evidence-based strategies for preventing HIV transmission have been introduced and are being implemented. In today’s podcast, we are joined by Dr. Robyn Fanfair, Acting Division Director, Division of HIV Prevention, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and she discusses this exciting news in HIV prevention.
