Collegetown Court, 208 Dryden Road, was built in 1985. It is a modern five-story apartment building in central Collegetown, located one block from Cornell. This building is popular with all types of students, and has a mix of graduate and undergraduate students. There are many adjacent shops and restaurants. Other amenities include an intercom/buzzer system, a brand-new fitness room, located near the building's entrance, and on-site laundry, located on the second floor.

This four person apartment is fully furnished with modern furniture and appliances. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and full sized refrigerator. The carpeted living room is furnished with a sofa, arm chair, and a coffee table. There is also a 50' mounted flat screen TV and A/C unit in the living room. All of the bedrooms have a full sized bed, dresser, bookcase, desk, and desk chair. All of the rooms have large bright windows. Room 1 faces north, rooms 3 and 4 face west, and room 2 has two windows that face north and west.

Our leases are for twelve months. All of our properties are designated as non-smoking. The rent includes heat and hot water, and trash removal fees. Each apartment is wired for cable and internet. Our full time maintenance staff is available. Parking is available for an additional fee.
